Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage vendor operations and CoE members ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure key metrics and targets are achieved.
- Support vendors with tablet operations order fulfillment operating hours and payment and billing processes.
- Conduct quality checks and support deal sourcing promotions and go-to-market initiatives.
- Track performance and prepare reports using advanced Google Sheets Excel PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve vendor operations processes.
