Relocation support is provided for interstate candidates looking for a move to Canberra!  

 As a Team Leader some of your day to day includes: 

  • Lead coach and support a team of consultants to deliver high quality occupational rehab services.
  • Drive team performance in achieving positive RTW outcomes and meeting billable targets.
  • Support onboarding training and ongoing development of team members
  • Overseeing quality assurance file reviews and compliance with service standards.
  • Foster a high performing values driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded;
  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy Exercise Physiology Physiotherapy Social Work Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Full Professional Registration/Accreditation/Membership with AHPRA ESSA ASORC or AASW
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
  • Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
