As a Certified Webflow Partner Studio we design scalable digital ecosystems where strong systems thinking meets refined visual execution.

What This Role Really Is

This is not a content scheduler is a positioning will shape how Formed is perceived across digital platforms visually strategically and narratively.

What Youll Do

Manage and grow our Social Media presence

Design high-quality visuals in Figma (non-negotiable)

Translate projects into engaging design-led storytelling

Build structured content calendars aligned with business goals

Optimize posts for engagement reach & strategic positioning

Collaborate with IT Animation and Academy teams

What Were Looking For

Strong experience in Social Media Management (B2B preferred)

Advanced Figma skills (layouts typography visual systems)

Deep understanding of Social Media growth & content psychology

Strong copywriting ability (clear sharp intentional)

Aesthetic sensitivity aligned with premium digital brands Structured thinking execution discipline
