PFE BIW

• Managing ongoing projects in BIW department overseeing projects that requires developing of new parts;
• Cross functional communication;
• Design of parts using ENOVIA NEW PDM;
• Check and validate the parts to ensure milestones and management changes;
• Creating documentation;
• Aligning teams members actions with the company strategy;
• Drive to ensure that the quality of the product is not compromised by the ability to achieve the timing plan;
• Close communication with suppliers checking if the supplier tests on the parts are correct and respect the standards procedures; create and following the validation plan;
• Checking if the supplier processes are aligned with technical specifications during the deploying;
• Validating plans and planning with the supplier regarding the technical rules;
• Project Presentation (PPT) in order to have a complex view through departments and/or with supplier about encountered problems and available solutions;
• Developing teams members performance;
• Guiding teams members;
• Contributing to the efficiency of the Engineering by acting as a local trainer in order to develop and maintain the local competences;
• Update internal databases.

Qualifications :

Mandatory skills:

• Experience in project engineer management design in automotive industry;
• Good command of English and/or French;
• Previous experience as a management projects is a plus;
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in software as follow: ANPQP  OneVAL SIGNE TCS OneTD LUP GFE CENTRIC
