The Role

The Launch Success Manager is responsible for executing deployment projects and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for partners. This role does not involve managing people. Instead it serves as a key point of contact during the launch phase proactively driving communication coordinating cross-functional tasks and supporting documentation and planning effort

What Youll Do:

Manage day-to-day deployment tasks for new partner onboarding using a structured playbook
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (AI Deployment Engineering Project Management Ops TA) to track progress and align on key milestones
Lead or participate in partner calls to provide updates and manage expectations
Maintain documentation and project tracking dashboards for each launch
Identify issues early and escalate as necessary to keep launches on track

What We Expect From You:

24 years of experience in project coordination customer onboarding or operations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with CRM project management and/or workflow tools
