Job Summary

We are hiring for one of our telecom clients a leading organisation delivering advanced network solutions in a dynamic telecom environment.

Job Overview :

Provide 24/7 SOC monitoring and incident response support.
Act as first-level support: log incidents perform initial analysis and escalate critical issues.
Troubleshoot IPsec SSL VPN MPLS and cloud networking environments.
Manage Windows Server (AD GPO DNS WSUS patching).
Support cloud infrastructure (EC2 VPC ELB VPN Gateway NAT Security Groups).
Handle proxy configurations and network troubleshooting (DNS/DHCP).
Perform OS upgrades software installations and system updates.
Automate tasks using PowerShell or Python.
Prepare incident and performance reports.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Telecom IT or related field.
13 years of experience in Cloud Network or Windows Server administration.
Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPsec SSL) MPLS and cloud networking.
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms preferred.
Relevant certifications (CCNA HCIA/HCIP MCSA Azure Administrator) are a plus.
Willingness to work in rotational 24/7 shifts.
