Job Summary
People Is looking for Maintenance Engineer who will be the guardian of our high-speed production lines. Will lead the technical upkeep of our facility ensuring that our advanced Gravure and slitting machinery operates at peak efficiency to meet global demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Lead the preventive predictive and corrective maintenance of high-speed gravure printing and slitting machines.
- Operational Excellence: Implement Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to reduce downtime eliminate waste and optimize machine performance.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Oversee complex repairs in PLC systems electrical circuits and mechatronic components to ensure seamless production.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) to track maintenance KPIs manage spare parts inventory and provide actionable insights for life-cycle management.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict health safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
What Were Looking For
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience specifically within a Printing or Packaging firm.
- Technical Edge: Expertise in BI tools for data-driven reporting is a significant asset.
- Core Skills: Proven track record in Six Sigma or Kaizen projects. Expert-level knowledge of industrial automation and electrical systems.
- Mindset: A passion for innovation a continuous improvement attitude and a first-time-right approach to repairs.
