Major Responsibilities

  • Medical Product Deployment:Coordinate the strategic introduction and integration of new medical products and technologies into clinical workflows ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
  • Clinical Resource Optimization:Manage andoptimizethe use of clinical resourcesincluding personnel equipment and suppliesto improve efficiency and support high-quality patient care.
  • Project Management:Lead end-to-end implementation projects overseeing timelines deliverables and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution of clinical initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership:Facilitateand lead cross-functional teams and Product Implementation Task Force meetings to drive project progress resolve issues andmaintainalignment across departments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with healthcare providers internal teams and external suppliers to align goals coordinate efforts and ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new products.
  • Communication & Coordination:Promote effective communication across all levels of the organization to support cohesive planning execution and follow-up on clinical resource initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Analyze key performance indicators related to resourceutilizationand product deployment providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identifyand implement process improvements and best practices to enhance clinical operations streamline supply chain activities and support long-term strategic goals.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors degree in nursingrequiredor7 years RNplus associated healthcare resource or materials management experience.

Certification / Registration / License

  • Registered Nurse(RN)License in the state in which teammate practices

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in acute care clinicalsetting complementedbydemonstratedexpertisein healthcare supply chainor related disciplines.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong knowledge of supply chainprocesses operations and best practices
  • Critical thinking andanalytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
