光工場製薬部は高血圧症治療剤消化性潰瘍治療剤抗がん剤等タケダが誇る医薬品の原薬を生産していますそれらは様々な化学反応工程や精製工程をコンピュータシステムで制御するなど高度な製薬技術を駆使して厳密な工程管理のもとに生産しています
職務内容
原薬に関する製造作業全般
- サンプラー原薬製造に関するサンプリング
- 原薬製造に関わる設備点検部品交換定期検査などの設備管理
- 原薬製造に関する製造記録の記入DCSMES操作含む
- 原薬製造エリアの設備機器の清浄度維持管理
- 原薬製造における諸問題の是正措置の設定と解決
- Function Leaderとの積極的効果的なコミュニケーション
- 全てのcGMP コンプライアンス規制品質要求事項の遵守
- AGILE活動を通した継続的改善の実践におけるリードあるいは関与や補助

学歴
高校卒業以上
- 実務経験
原薬製造の業務経験は問いません
医薬品製造業経験者特に原薬製造技術やプロセス分野における基礎知識が望ましい
スキル
GMPに関する知識
Microsoft OfficeWord Excelなどの基本スキル
- 資格
危険物取扱者が望ましい

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:
Allowances: Commutation Housing Overtime Work etc.
Salary Increase: Annually Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30 Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45 (Narita) 8:30-17:15 Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays Sundays National Holidays May Day Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
