Job Summary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on healthcare services provided by Total Access Urgent Care
- Identify and report any bugs defects or issues in the systems or processes
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and improve processes
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test results and findings
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service quality
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field such as Computer Science Engineering or Healthcare
- Proven experience in quality assurance preferably in a healthcare or urgent care setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Desired Experience:
- Experience with testing tools and methodologies in a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare compliance regulations
- Previous experience working in an urgent care or similar healthcare setting
Salary & Benefits:
