Wednesday Thursdays Fridays 11pm-730am; Saturdays 700pm- 730am

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Thrive in a busy fast-paced environment where multitasking and strong organizational skills are essential
Provide staff providers and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications including answering phones and triaging call lights
Respond to patient and family inquiries in a timely courteous and accurate manner
Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized unit environment for patients families and staff
Work closely with the charge RN to help manage patient flow prioritize unit needs and coordinate admits transfers and discharges
Prepare and compile discharge packets to support timely and safe patient discharges
Coordinate transportation and appropriate paperwork for patient transfers and diagnostic testing
Handle unit paperwork including patient chart maintenance consent forms and other documentation
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and restock as needed
Utilize computer systems such as Epic Microsoft Teams and Outlook for communication documentation and coordination
Partner with all members of the care team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
REQUIREMENTS
High school graduation or equivalent AND
One year of healthcare administrative or customer service experience
OR
An equivalent combination of education/experience
