Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Master Data Management: Own and maintain supplier master data integrity across systems ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
Supplier Enablement: Support supplier onboarding activation and offboarding processes including EDI setup contact validation and communication workflows.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytics to provide visibility into supplier data health PO/Invoice activity and program performance.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline supplier data processes reduce manual effort and improve data quality through automation and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Merchandising Procurement Finance and Technology teams to support supplier-related initiatives and data requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for supplier data inquiries providing guidance and resolution on data discrepancies or system issues.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure supplier data practices align with Amazon and Whole Foods Market policies including data privacy and security standards.
- 3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelors degree
- 4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
