Demonstrate exemplary instructional skillsincluding cultural humility knowledge of adult learning styles and needs the ability to pivot to respond to learners needs in real time and consistent dedication to Jubilees core mentorship and support to other Academy instructorsatthe direction of the Program Director.
Collaborate with the Learning and Development teamon short- and medium-term projects both operational and curricularto support the success of the Academy and other Jubilee strategic initiatives.
Cross-trainonassigned duties with other departmental staffto support all functions of the Learning and Development team including operations training compliance and onboarding.
Cover classes or duties of other departmental staffas needed and assigned.
Collaborate on curriculum design for classes that support the success ofthe Academy and otherworkforcedevelopmentinitiatives.
Communicate effectively with team members to supportAcademy operations and achieve strategic Academy flexibility and a growth mindset as the Academy grows and evolves.
Other projects and duties related to the functions of the department.
Qualifications
Bachelors degreerequired; masters degree in the art of teaching or a closely related field strongly preferred.
2 or more years experience as a professional teacher in an academic setting corporate trainer or facilitatorrequired.
Excellent customer service.
Extremelydetail-orientedand organized. Ability to manage multiple projects and detailed transactions daily.
Experienceinorconnection to disability services is aplus;DSPII certification anadditionalplus.
Experience workingin a fast-paced team-oriented environmentrequired.
Highproficiencywith commonly used office technology such as the MS suite databases Zoom smart healthcare record (EHR) experienceisa plus.
position has a fixed starting salary of $80000 per year.
