Job Summary
Brief Overview of Position:
Strategic Operational Solutions Inc. (STOPSO) seeks a Computer and Information Systems Manager to lead teams delivering advanced IT program and service management including oversight of all technical security and operational functions. Responsible for ensuring Military Customer requirements process improvement reporting and customer interface standards are achieved.
Required Qualifications Education Experience and Certifications:
- Bachelors in Computer Science IT Engineering or related
- 8 years IT management/leadership experience
- Security Clearance Requirement
- Active Secret security clearance or higher. Top Secret Preferred
Preferred Experience Skills and Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Cybersecurity Practitioner (CSP) ITIL Foundation (v3/v4) ITL-OSA strongly preferred
- DoW or Federal IT program management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
