Were Hiring: HSE Advisor

Location: Balmoral Tanks Thurnscoe (with travel to three external sites monthly that may or may not require overnight stay)
Department: Operations
Reporting to: Operations Manager

Are you passionate about health safety and environmental excellence Do you want to make a real impact on workplace culture and safety standards Balmoral Tanks is looking for a proactive and driven HSE Advisor to join our team.

About the Role

Youll work closely with our Operations and HSEQ teams to:

Develop implement and maintain HSE management systems and processes.
Conduct and review risk assessments ensuring robust control measures.
Drive behavioural and cultural change across the business.
Organise and deliver HSE training for site and installation teams.
Lead investigations into accidents and incidents identifying root causes.
Carry out audits and inspections at Balmoral facilities and external sites.
Support compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

What Were Looking For

Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (essential)
NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) (preferred/ideal)
NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate (preferred/ideal)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within manufacturing or related environment.
Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Resilient methodical and committed to continuous improvement.
