YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You manage and respond to customer queries regarding breakdowns efficiently
You complete all administrative tasks related to customer service and vehicle maintenance
You oversee the daily maintenance of the vehicle fleet
You assist customers in resolving issues with exceptional customer service
You monitor and control maintenance costs and budgets to ensure compliance
You coordinate the workload of inhouse and mobile mechanics and update maintenance records daily
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have significant experience in a high-volume fast-paced service advisor role ideally within the hire industry
Customer Service You excel in delivering outstanding customer service under pressure
Communication You possess effective communication skills and build strong stakeholder relationships
Attention to Detail You demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Tools You are proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Word
