Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Operaci0n Aduanera general!

In this role you will verify and prepare documents to certify the country where goods are manufactured or produced to support international trade compliance. The role ensures that export documentation accurately reflects the origin of products aligns with trade agreements and meets customs regulations.

Responsibilities

Control and leadership of certification of origin activities Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the information to customer regarding Certifications of Origin.

Guarantee the correct and proper development of qualification of origin according to the rules of the different Free Trade Agreements.

Knowledge on ERP systems (BPCS SAP and IFS) Procedures in Government agencies (SE and VUCEM)

Knowledge in Tariff Fractions Attention to Authority and Client audits.

Review supporting documentation such as (invoices production records supplier declarations)

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

English domain

Leadership Specialized profile in Free Trade Agreements Domain expertise Proficiency in Excel

Responsible Team work

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Attention to Detail Ensures accuracy in documentation product origin verification and compliance with trade regulations to prevent customs issues.

Knowledge of International Trade Regulations Understanding of rules of origin free trade agreements and export compliance requirements.

Documentation & Data Management Ability to review invoices supplier declarations and supporting records while maintaining organized and auditable files.

Analytical Skills Evaluates production data and sourcing information to determine correct country of origin and eligibility for trade benefits.

Communication & Coordination Effectively liaises with internal teams suppliers and certifying bodies to obtain accurate information and ensure timely certificate issuance.
