Job Summary
Work Schedule:
100% FTE 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic.

We are seeking a Scheduling Operations Analyst to:
Design and modify scheduling protocols entered and create scheduling solutions for the department.
Build and monitor provider schedules to ensure the organization maximizes template efficiency productivity access opportunities and meets operational needs.
Education:
Minimum - Bachelors degree in Information Systems Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience:
Preferred - 1 year of experience with Epic Cadence build or template build/maintenance 2 years or more of experience in ambulatory clinic operations
Required - 1 year of experience in ambulatory clinic operations
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred - Epic Cadence Certification.
