Job Description
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Up to 30500
You will be working in a well-established early years setting rated Good by Ofsted where quality practice and child development are front and centre. Children benefit from spacious well-equipped playrooms and daily access to a secure garden thats fully integrated into the learning programme. The setting delivers purposeful play-based learning aligned closely with the EYFS framework giving practitioners the space and structure to do their best work.

What Youll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Recent experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a nursery setting
- Confident managing a key group and completing observations and assessments
- Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
Desirable
- Paediatric First Aid certification

- Plan and deliver EYFS-aligned activities that support childrens development
- Act as a key person maintaining accurate observations and learning records
- Maintain a safe clean and compliant learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent care standards
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding progress and wellbeing
- Follow safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies at all times
