• You must have recent experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in a nursery setting.

What Youll Need

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Recent experience as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting
• Confident managing a key group independently
• Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

Desirable

• Paediatric First Aid certification

What Youll Do

• Plan and deliver structured EYFS-aligned activities
• Act as key person for a group of children completing observations and assessments
• Maintain accurate learning records and contribute to planning meetings
• Follow safeguarding health and safety and compliance procedures
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent standards across rooms
• Communicate clearly with parents regarding progress and wellbeing
