Before You Apply

This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
You must have recent experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in a nursery setting.
This position is not suitable for candidates without a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

What Youll Need

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework
Recent experience as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting
Confident managing a key group independently
Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

Desirable

Paediatric First Aid certification

What Youll Do

Plan and deliver structured EYFS-aligned activities
Act as key person for a group of children completing observations and assessments
Maintain accurate learning records and contribute to planning meetings
Follow safeguarding health and safety and compliance procedures
Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent standards across rooms
Communicate clearly with parents regarding progress and wellbeing
