Room Leader Toddler Room Up to 33000

Before You Apply

This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
You must have previous experience leading or supervising a toddler room.

What Youll Need

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
Strong practical knowledge of the EYFS framework
Previous experience managing or deputising in a toddler room
Ability to lead a team and maintain consistent practice
Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

What Youll Do

Lead the toddler room overseeing daily routines and EYFS delivery
Plan and implement age-appropriate play-based activities
Supervise and support staff within the room acting as key point of contact
Maintain accurate observations assessments and development records
Ensure safeguarding health and safety policies are followed
Engage with parents to provide updates on childrens progress
