Currently we arelooking for anexperiencedEnterprise Architectto lead large-scale IT architecture transformations for ourtobaccoportfolioandclients. You will shape holistic technology strategies modernize legacy landscapes and ensure solutions align with business goals. As aLeader of Leadersyou will guide teams and stakeholders through complexITtransformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and drive clients architecture roadmaps toward a modern future state.

• Align technical solutions with businessobjectives mission and vision.

• Evaluate and integratenew technologies.

• Establish and enforce architecture governance and standards.

• Collaborate with other architects to ensure consistent integrated solutions.

• Provideexpert guidance mentor colleagues and build architectural capability.

Qualifications

• 8 years in enterprise or solution architecture leading large-scale transformations.

• Design and/or delivery experience with two or moreofCMS DAMeCommercePIM MDMCRMProcess/Data Integration & Automation

• SAPexpertise: integration design ERP SD processes data migration or cloud migration (e.g.S/4HANA).

• Experienceworking in or with theTabaccoindustry.

• Knowledge ofarchitecture frameworks(TOGAF etc.) and modern IT architectures (cloud APIs microservices).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• FluentEnglish skills.
