Department Overview
The Resiliency & Support team within the Credit Platform plays a crucial role in supporting various audit activities across multiple Lines of Business. Our team manages a wide range of applications that span diverse platforms and technologies. By interacting with every part of the Credit Platform we provide strategic guidance and oversight on audit activities. With a strong sense of integrity and due diligence we help mitigate potential risks to our business. Our primary focus lies in specialization within audit activities ensuring that TDs reputation for good governance is safeguarded. We are relied upon to offer recommendations that enhance operational performance at every level fostering meaningful process improvements and ensuring adherence to both internal and external regulations.
We analyze data consult with our TCO BISO partners and stakeholders and present our findings to mitigate current and emerging risks. This helps ensure that our daily operations run smoothly for our customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
This role was created to support the Credit TS Audit known as the Krypton Pod. Working across the full scope of the Credit TS Platform. The focus will be on Audit evidence gathering working with the various teams to ensure completeness and follow up on any outstanding items. Work within set guidelines to perform activities such as working with the Manager to oversee testing and planning activities as they arrive to avoid conflict with multiple audits and team deadlines. Working with the team to lead activities related to ensuring accurate responses open communication with expectations to delivery timelines. The successful candidate will have experience working with internal and external audits possess strong technical acumen understand data analysis and demonstrate exceptional communication and organization skills.
