| Responsibilities: | - Forecast tuition revenue based on enrollment trends to inform institutional leadership decision-making regarding budgets and resource allocations.
- Assist the schools with managing their budgets by providing tools to forecast enrollment and revenue at the program level.
- Create and maintain models of actual student flow through the institution and use the models to simulate the effect of proposed changes on budget and enrollment practices project future enrollment retention and graduation rates.
- Prepare standardized reports and dashboards for regularly monitoring student enrollment data against goals and detect anomalies that could indicate need for tactical changes.
- Develop tools and reports for schools and academic programs to assist with managing expense budgets.
- Participate in design and implementation of enrollment models in a planning system.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Comprehensive understanding of student behaviors in higher education including retention transfer change of major graduation and other enrollment patterns
Advanced data analysis skills. Ability to work with large data sets by building queries to extract aggregate and clean data to ensure reporting accuracy Experience with developing and maintaining user-friendly dashboards and - Ability to collaborate and communicate with Deans department/chairs and others to identify and resolve data projections for classes for each major/program of study
