CRT ECMO Specialist (Travel) Night Shift

Shift: Nights 3x12 Hours (6:30 PM 7:00 AM)
Location: Minneapolis MN
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CRT ECMO Specialist for a 13-week travel assignment in a high-acuity adult critical care environment. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating the ECMO machine and demonstrate strong ventilator management and airway skills.
This role supports critically ill adult patients and requires advanced respiratory care knowledge in a collaborative ICU setting.
Shift & Scheduling Details
3x12 Night Shifts ()
Occasional rotation to day shift () as needed
Every other weekend required
On-call required as needed
Floating within scope required
Block scheduling: Discuss with manager
Locals not accepted (must reside more than 100 miles from facility)
Pending license accepted (must be active at start)
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years respiratory therapy experience required
Minimum 1 year ECMO Specialist experience required
Adult Critical Care experience required
First-time travelers accepted (must meet ECMO requirement)

Mechanical ventilation weaning
Patient transport (inter-departmental & ambulance)
Oxygen & Nebulizer Therapy
High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
Bag & mask ventilation
ET Tube oxygen delivery
Aerosol setup (mask & trach)
Nebulizer types: cold heated ultrasonic handheld T-piece trach collar
Medication Administration
Albuterol Atrovent Combivent
Flovent Pulmicort Spiriva
Mucomyst Tobramycin Xopenex
Inhaled Flolan
Nitric Oxide (INo)
Racemic epinephrine
