The Operations Project Manager supports the Central Graduate Medical Education (GME) team by helping operations run smoothly efficiently and in alignment with HealthPartners mission to improve health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Maintains the GME intranet and shared digital spaces making sure information is easy to find accurate and accessible.
Manages day-to-day operational activities suchas trainee onboarding programinvoicing contracts and reimbursements
Leads projects that improve how the central GME office functions.
Ensures timelines are met deliverables are clear and communication flows effectively across the GME community.

Information management
Database
Experience supporting invoicing contracting or finance-related administrative work.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams SharePoint
Work schedule:FTE 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly) Day shift Monday-Friday
