Youll drive the end-to-end creative process from conceptualisation to final execution ensuring every project aligns with client objectives and Dentsus commitment to excellence. As a Creative Director you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams mentor emerging talent and champion bold forward-thinking ideas. Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative culturally relevant digital and social campaigns from concept to execution.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content across static motion video interactive and UX/UI touchpoints.
- Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive performance-driven work.
- Mentor and guide creative talent fostering growth and high standards.
- Partner with strategists to align creative output to KPIs and business objectives.
- Present and sell creative work confidently to clients.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends technologies and platforms.
- Manage multiple projects ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years in a creative agency or design studio.
- Strong digital and social portfolio across desktop and mobile.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop & Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of brand systems and digital design principles.
