Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Insurance Claims
In this role the person will be responsible for managing the overall operations setting performance targets and driving continuous improvement in the process.
Responsibilities
Lead daily claims operations and ensure smooth workflow delivery.
Run quality checks and give clear feedback to improve performance.
Keep all records accurate complete and audit ready.
Guide and support the team making sure tasks are understood and completed.
Handle escalations and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and help build a culture of continuous learning.
Analyse data and prepare clear reports and insights for leaders.
Ensure information is organised up to date and accessible when needed.
Join calibration sessions to support consistent quality standards.
Track team progress and highlight risks or delays early.
Work with IT and Change teams to support system fixes and process automation.
Support Managers and senior leaders to meet KPIs and deliver strong service.
Make sure the team follows internal controls across documents payments and regulatory tasks.
Promote a positive supportive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation in any stream except and Technical Graduation & Law
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Understanding of Audits and Coaching process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record to build effective working relationships with clients & internal partners
Project Management and ability to run multiple priorities
Positive demeanor with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
Highly motivated and committed!

Technical Qualifications
Insurance knowledge and ability to understand and interpret Insurance terminology
Exposure to Insurance claims operations - Claims Adjudication
Proficient with MS Excel MS Word MS PowerPoint MS Access Macros
Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted
Collaborative approach towards resolving the issues with partners & peers/sub-process areas
Ability to crunch data possesses data driven & fact-based approach
Work experience:
Proven experience in PnC Insurance Operations and Claims backend operations
