We are currently accepting applications for anOperations Legal Support Specialistlocated in Midvale Utah. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm in-office located at 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd. Midvale UT 84047.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

• Process and/or assist branch personnel in creating customer letters that are in compliance with current procedures.
• Perform necessary research and process third-party account verification requests in a timely fashion while also ensuring customer data is protected.
• Ensure the company is compliant with all applicable state and federal laws statutes and regulations by analyzing and processing information relative to account verification documents.
• Provide customer support and resolve problems.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of banking specifically bank operations or other directly related experience.
• A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
• Working knowledge of banking operations process and procedures.
• Must have excellent decision resolution and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of computer programs including word processing spreadsheets etc.
