Acuity is seeking a Manager Total Rewards to oversee the management and coordination of the benefits and compensation functions including employee benefit programs compensation practices leave administration related compliance and vendor management. This role is responsible for developing executing and monitoring a comprehensive total rewards strategy in coordination with leadership while also partnering as needed with Employee Success Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams and performing other duties as requested.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Direct efforts and contribute to the development and implementation of a long-term total rewards strategy.
- Manage total rewards vendor and consultant relationships including the administration and selection of vendors through requests for proposals.
- Manage 401(k) plan including but not limited to establishing internal controls coordinating outside independent audits plan changes and company-wide communication.
- In coordination with HR leadership enterprise leadership and HR analysis peers direct and facilitate processes associated with compensation planning job pricing and merit processes.
- Contribute to the design implementation and administration of career development and employee retention frameworks as it pertains to total rewards and pay for performance.
- Oversee training and development of team including total rewards best practices and administration of policies and procedures.
- In partnership with Employee Success Legal and HR leadership facilitate compensation and benefit aspects of separations including but not limited to COBRA administration.
- Partner with Learning & Development Internal Communications and management to develop and deliver training and educational programs for the employee population.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure organizational compliance and marketplace competitiveness. Communicate policies and procedures changes partnering with Legal other HR functions and other teams.
- Advise management on organizational policies and procedures and federal and state regulations to ensure legal compliance pertaining to benefit compensation and leave matters.
- Coordinate and propose updates to leave and disability programs to remain competitive and compliant.
- Assist in the assembly of the annual department budget.
- Participate on committees and special projects and seek additional responsibilities.
- Adhere to company policies and practices and comply with all state and federal regulations in all aspects of human resources management.
- Maintain professional approach with confidentiality. Assure protection and privacy of health information as attained through written electronic or oral disclosures.
- Periodic review of and suggested enhancements for continued procedural efficiencies.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree. Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) Certified Plan Sponsor Specialist (CPSP) SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or similar designation(s) preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Six (6) or more years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated leadership in the Human Resources field. Previous management experience within total rewards strongly preferred.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including demonstrated ability to brief executive audiences.
- Ability to effectively guide others to desired outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advanced judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Sound project management skills.
- Strategic thinking skills connecting day-to-day work to broader objectives.
- Proactive organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently on a team and in partnership with leaders within and across departments.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel along with HR information systems such as UKG Pro benefits administration systems and compensation analysis and planning systems.
