About the role



Looking to join a trail-blazing high-energy team of marketers on a mission to advance sustainability and the circular economy in the Americas If youre 1) looking for purpose-driven work with a team of positive collaborators 2) love aiming high and learning new things and 3) are excited by the prospect of career advancement in a fast-growing marketing department then you might be the right fit for RLG!

Reporting directly to the head of marketing the Marketing Manager will sit in RLGs Iselin New Jersey office and be responsible for RLGs marketing initiatives which span the US Canada and Latin America.

  • Youre comfortable with reporting and Excel spreadsheets: building and tracking complex marketing budgets calculating ROI and generating insights is second nature.

  • Youre a confident presenter who knows how to communicate clearly and persuasivelywhether moderating a webinar hosting a podcast with an SME or leading an internal stakeholder session.

  • As a people manager you thrive on seeing your direct reports growa rising tide lifts all ships.
  • You can spot an inefficiency from a mile away: youll use every tool (AI project management software or personal accountability) to nip waste in the bud.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute full-funnel lead generation: Create campaigns across every channel we knowand channels worth testingfrom events and advertisements to website experience (UX/UI) SEO and GEO. Track and automate campaigns using Mailchimp Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Customer Insights and other platforms.
  • Develop reports white papers lead magnets case studies web copy presentations and moreif it drives pipeline its on your radar. Using tools like WordPress (Elementor or similar builder experience preferred) Canva and generative AI to bring ideas to life efficiently.
  • Strategy and execution: Own the content calendar from A-Z including webinar and podcast production ensuring every asset aligns with business objectives.
  • Budgeting and performance tracking: Own the marketing budget track spend and measure ROI across all programs using Excel and Microsoft 365.
  • Marketing analytics: Define monitor and improve KPIs at every stage of the funnel to ensure campaigns are delivering measurable impact. Use Google Analytics Looker Studio Microsoft Clarity and other reporting tools to track performance uncover insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Project management: Collaborate across teams to deliver campaigns on time on brand and on targetor capture bold learnings for next timeusing to keep everything organized.
Leadership
  • Oversee a growing team of marketing specialists (in Latin America and Canada) and work cross-functionally with shared resources team to ensure deliverables land on-time and on-quality
  • Present campaign strategies regional updates and marketing data internally and externally fostering understanding and alignment across teams to meet the businesss shared goals
  • Work with Head of Marketing on cross-brand and corporate initiatives including planning and strategy; develop marketing plans in coordination with all stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Business leadership: Collaborate across RLG and Reconomy to implement improvements of all kinds for the RLG marketing team (technical educational HR-related etc.)


What we need from you


  • Minimum of 5-7 years marketing experience with some leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of B2B marketing best practices across channels (email LinkedIn web and more)
  • Marketing and budgeting tools: Wordpress MailChimp LinkedIn Elementor Excel etc. PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills; presentation design
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making for campaign design and execution
  • Agility flexibility and responsiveness: quick thinking ability to pivot fast
  • Potential for occasional travel (a few times a year to other offices or conferences)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
