PositionOverview:
TheImplementationSpecialistisresponsibleforthecomprehensiveonboardingofnewclientsensuringhigh qualitypayrollprocessingservicesinadynamicenvironment.
Thisrolerequiresameticulousapproachtoorganizationalpoliciesexceptionalcustomerserviceandproficientmanagementofclientdocumentationandsystemconfiguration.
JobResponsibilities:
oExecutetheclientonboardingprocessincludinginformationgatheringsystemsetupand policyimplementation
oConfigurepayrollleaveexpenseclaimsandattendancemodulesaccordingtoclient specifications
oManageworkflowthroughinitialpayrollcyclesensuringaccuracyandtimelinessofall transactions
oCollaborateeffectivelywithinateamwhiledemonstratingtheabilitytoworkindependently
oEnsurethoroughdocumentationandaccurateprocessingofallpayroll-relatedinformation
oProvideclienteducationonsoftwareutilizationandbestpractices
oAdapttohigh-volumeperiodsincludingmonth-endquarter-endandyear-endprocesses
oApplycomprehensiveknowledgeofbenefitscompensationprinciplesincometaxand retirementplans
oUtilizestronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillstoaddresscomplexclientneeds
oDemonstrateexcellentorganizationalandtimemanagementcapabilities
oMaintainup-to-dateknowledgeofstatutorycompliancerelatedtopayrollincludingPFESI ProfessionalTaxLWFandIncomeTax.
oShoulddevelopin-depthproductknowledgetodoproductfitmentgapanalysisbetweenclients requirementandproductfeaturesandfunctionalities

oBachelorsdegree
oAt least 5 yearsofexperienceinimplementationorproductsupportwithdomesticclients
oExcellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
oSuperiorclientrelationshipmanagementabilities
oIn-depthknowledgeofIndianHRandPayrolldomain
oAdvancedproblem-solvingandanalyticalskills
oProficiencyinMSExcel
oAbilitytomanagetimeeffectivelyandprioritizetasks
oAbilitytoperformunderpressureduringpeakperiods(month-endquarter-endandyear-end)
