The Director of Data Management is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of data management within an organization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Oversee the team of AI Data Analytics Specialists who are responsible for designing implementing and maintaining AI-powered data analytics solutions.
- Oversee the team of data analysts and stewards as company and performance needs dictate.
- Developing and implementing data systems such as data warehouses data pipelines and business intelligence systems to support organizational objectives.
- Ensuring proper data management to align with the organizations goals and objectives
- This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Monitor and ensure data security privacy and usage standards are upheld.
- Implement data quality frameworks and oversee data cleansing validation and enrichment processes.
- Establish KPIs and metrics for monitoring data accuracy completeness and timeliness.
- Manage budgets resources and timelines for data initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure data infrastructure supports analytics BI AI and operational needs.
- Ensure integration and alignment between data systems and applications.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 year experience leading or supervising.
- 4 years experience with data warehousing processes procedures and/or programs
