Role Highlights
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
Patient Care Associate (PCA)
- What youll do: Under RN/LPN direction assist with vitals meals bathing toileting safe ambulation/mobility and patient transport; perform designated clinical and nonclinical tasks after competency.
Nurse Tech (NT)
- What youll do: Support bedside care with vitals ADLs mobility/transport and unitapproved skills such as phlebotomy/blood cultures enteral feeding wound care IV/Foley removal trach suctioning ostomy care wound vacs and NG management/removal (after competency).
Patient Transporter
What youll do: Safely transport patients and equipment between departments using proper body mechanics; maintain equipment PAR levels; track moves in Epic to ensure accurate routing and throughput.
Medical Assistant (MA) Clinic/Outpatient
- What youll do: Support providers with direct/indirect patient careroom patients obtain vitals/histories assist with exams/procedures document in the EHR and help coordinate fronttoback clinic flow per protocol and scope.
