Job Summary

At least 8 years of experience in leading design teams and designing digital products for users with an understanding of behavior cultural nuances and design trends.
At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Participated in at least 3 projects as a UI/UX Lead including at least 1 digital banking solution project for corporate customers in the role of UI/UX Lead at major organizations and/or banks
Lead and develop the design teams capabilities: Manage train and guide the UI/UX design team to ensure quality and work efficiency.
Design and develop user experience: Formulate and Ensure consistent and seamless user experiences across multiple platforms from user research to detailed interface design.
Ensure brand consistency: Collaborate with relevant departments to follow branding guidelines and core values acrossing all products.
Build and manage design systems: Create a unified and manageable design system to improve work efficiency and ensure product quality.
Research and analysis: Conduct user and market research to provide data-driven design decisions.
Plan and strategize research of customer market and product.
Consult on improving UI/UX design quality for the product in the project
