Angular Developer with Responsive Design and UIUX Expertise

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly experienced Angular Developer to support the development and enhancement of front-end applications. This role involves creating and maintaining reusable Angular components collaborating with cross-functional teams on project delivery and staying current with Angular best practices and industry trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Angular and front-end development concepts contributing to delivering intuitive scalable and robust user interfaces that support organizational goals.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Proficiency in Angular (latest stable versions e.g. Angular 12)

  • Expertise in TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3 for building responsive user interfaces

  • Experience with Angular CLI Angular Material and component-based design principles

  • Version control familiarity with Git (GitHub GitLab Bitbucket)

  • Adept at working within Agile/Scrum development environments

• Preferred:

  • Knowledge of front-end build tools such as Webpack npm or Yarn

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries like RxJS NgRx or Redux for state management

  • Exposure to REST API integration and data-binding techniques

  • Basic understanding of back-end services and server-side data consumption

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop test and maintain scalable Angular applications and reusable components.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers product owners and backend developers to translate designs and requirements into functional user interfaces.

• Write clean efficient and maintainable Angular code adhering to industry standards.

• Perform code reviews and contribute to best practices to improve code quality and consistency.

• Troubleshoot UI issues debug and optimize application performance.

• Implement responsive designs to support desktop and mobile devices.

• Stay updated with Angular features tools and industry trends to enhance development practices.

• Participate in agile ceremonies sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.

• Support ongoing integration of APIs and data services to facilitate dynamic user experiences.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and enhance Angular-based user interfaces based on project requirements and UI/UX standards.

• Collaborate with designers product managers and back-end teams to implement new features and optimize existing interfaces.

• Conduct code reviews ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain component libraries.

• Troubleshoot UI bugs optimize application performance and enhance responsiveness.

• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful back-end services and APIs.

• Support ongoing testing debugging and performance tuning activities.

• Document design decisions component usage guidelines and best practices.

• Stay current with Angular advancements tools and front-end development trends.

• Participate in agile ceremonies to plan review and refine work progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Web Development or related discipline.

• 5 years of experience in Angular front-end development.

• Portfolio showcasing complex Angular applications with responsive accessible interfaces.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles responsive design and accessibility standards.

• Experience with version control and agile development practices.

• Support experience in enterprise or large-scale web projects is a plus.
