Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Tech Product Owner Agentic AI
We are looking for a strategic and outcome-driven Technical Product Owner to lead the vision roadmap and execution of next-generation Agentic AI products in a global enterprise environment. The ideal candidate combines product thinking AI fluency and deep understanding of the software development lifecycle to ensure we deliver high-quality customer-centric solutions at speed and scale.
In this role you will serve as a key catalyst in Genpacts AI-first transformation bridging AI research engineering design and client teams to convert cutting-edge innovation into tangible business impact.
Responsibilities
Translation of product roadmap into actual deliverables
Closely work with Product teams to understand product roadmap and features break it down into developmental user stories and align with Engineering teams on development and testing.
Closely monitor and support implementation hand offs
Breaking down on product features into user stories and sign off from Product teams on requirements
Stakeholder Engagement
Lison with Prodcut team to understand client needs workflows and pain points.
Partner with Product teams to validate requirements and prioritize features that maximize business value.

SDLC Collaboration
Have clear visibility into the product backlog and prioritization of roadmap items into agentic and no agentic features.
Work closely with engineering leads to balance innovation with delivery commitments ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
Do sprint demos and run retrospectives after every release

Quality & Delivery Excellence
Ensure product quality through close collaboration with QA teams adoption of defect-management practices and continuous monitoring of build health.
Use data and metrics to drive product improvements engineering efficiency and release predictability.
AI-Driven Product Development
Collaborate with AI researchers and platform teams to convert AI capabilities into scalable product features.
Shape use cases and user journeys that leverage autonomy reasoning and next-gen automation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Facilitate consistent communication across engineering design GTM and sales teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Foster a culture of collaboration continuous discovery and innovation.
Team Development & Enablement
Enable teams with clear requirements context and priorities.
Promote best practices in Agile delivery experimentation and customer-centric product development.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering technology products in a complex multinational environment.
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and product quality frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to work with engineering teams to optimize development velocity and reduce defects.
Excellent communication prioritization and stakeholder-management skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field.
Masters degree in Business Product Management Technology Management or Data Science is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience building AI/ML or automation products ideally within Agentic AI ecosystems.
Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen and customer value.
Background in client-facing roles and comfort working in a highly client-centric environment.
Experience guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring talent in product thinking and agile execution.
