Position Summary
Senior Research Scientist Indiana University Bloomington Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences Position Overview Design and lead the training of researchers of PBS IU and P30 consortium members. Duties include: Organize and run the N- STORM super-resolution system and the A1 confocal system; teach the PBS neuroscience community for super-resolution and confocal microscopy use; optimize the experiments data acquisition and data analysis of the PBS community regarding the microscopes located in MSB -II; write software packages for data analysis; prepare the illustrations for grants and publications; and contribute to grant writing. Required Qualifications Requires Ph.D. in Neuroscience Biomedical Science or closely related field plus 10 years experience as a research scientist. Requires experience working with N- STORM super-resolution imaging. Work Environment May permit telecommuting.
