In this role The NDT Level 2 Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of aerospace components by conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in accordance with NAS 410 standard and company procedures. The inspector will specialize in at least two of the following testing methods: Radiographic Testing (RT) Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Penetrant Testing (PT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT). This role plays a critical part in supporting production and overall quality assurance efforts within the organization.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define testing requirements and specifications.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Expert knowledge of NDT methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with NDT equipment and software specific to the testing processes.
- Certification to NDT Level 2 in the following methods at minimum: PT and MT additional UT and RT methods desired.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality inspection role within an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of NDT principles practices and relevant industry standards (e.g. ASTM ASNT).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexible and able to work weekends
