Job Summary
SAP CPQ Functional Consultant
Experience:3 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPQ (Callidus CPQ)
We are seeking an experiencedSAP CPQ Functional Consultantto support the design configuration and implementation of SAP CPQ solutions as part of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate has strong functionalexpertisein SAP CPQ configuration a solid understanding of sales and pricing processes and experience integrating CPQ with SAP CRM/Sales Cloud and SAP S/4HANA. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality CPQ solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure SAP CPQ to meet business requirements including product models configurable products pricing and discount logic and approval workflows.
Buildmaintain and enhance SAP CPQ assets such as custom tables attributes rules and dependencies.
Design configure and support document output generation (quotes proposals order-related documents).
Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations between SAP CPQ and SAP systems (SAP CRM / Sales Cloud SAP S/4HANA or ECC).
Execute data migration activities including data mapping loading validation and reconciliation for products pricing customers and master data.
Lead and support testing activities (Unit Testing SIT UAT) including test script creation defect tracking and re-testing.
Support go-live activitieshypercare and ongoing system enhancements post-implementation.
Translate business requirements into functional designs and CPQ configurations ensuring alignment with best practices.
Mandatory Requirements:
Advanced level of English
3 years of hands-on SAP CPQ (Callidus CPQ) functional consulting experience
Strong experience in SAP CPQ configuration: productmodeling pricing workflows custom tables and document generation
Experience integrating SAP CPQ with SAP CRM / Sales Cloud and SAP S/4HANA or ECC
Experience with CPQ data migration and validation
Solid testing experience including SIT/UAT and defect management
Strong communicationskills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP CPQ certification
Experience in end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations
Experience across multiple industries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Conditions & Engagement Model
Part-time engagement: 4 hours per day
Working hours:US Central Time (Chicago hours)9am-1pm.
Project duration:approximately6 months
This is a contractor position. The candidateis responsible forany tax liabilities in their country of residence.
