Job Summary:
We are looking for a fluent Bengali-speaking Tele Caller who will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products/services generate leads handle inquiries and provide customer support. The candidate should have good communication skills and a polite convincing manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain products or services clearly in Bengali.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain customer database and update call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Handle inbound calls (if required).
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Bengali (spoken); Hindi/English is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office CRM software).
- Ability to convince and negotiate.
- Patience and positive attitude.
Required Skills: - Minimum: 102 (Higher Secondary) or Graduate.
- Experience: 01 years (Freshers can apply).
