Senior Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Actively produce and grow a book of business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner during client interactions and industry events.
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Proficiency in using Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.
