We are seeking an experienced Network Security Analyst RSA Archer Specialist to design implement and support enterprise RSA Archer Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The role will support risk management assessment & authorization controls assurance issue management and continuous compliance monitoring initiatives across the organization.
This position works independently on complex assignments while collaborating with Information Security Risk Compliance and IT teams to ensure scalable secure and compliant GRC implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design configure and maintain enterprise RSA Archer applications (A&A Controls Assurance Issues Management).
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical configurations and solution designs.
- Customize Archer forms workflows questionnaires access controls and data integrations.
- Develop REST API integrations with enterprise systems (e.g. ServiceNow ITSM CMDB platforms).
- Implement client-side scripting using JavaScript and jQuery.
- Support compliance initiatives aligned with NIST ISO 27001 SOC and regulatory frameworks.
- Provide troubleshooting performance optimization documentation and user training.
- Follow change management and release governance processes.
Required Certification
- Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
OR - Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator Expert Certification
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in RSA Archer platform architecture and configuration.
- Experience in GRC risk management and compliance programs.
- Experience integrating Archer with enterprise systems using REST APIs.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery.
- Ability to manage complex implementations independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large enterprise or government environments.
- Familiarity with NIST ISO 27001 SOC and regulatory compliance programs.
- Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
