What Youll Be Doing

In this role youll play a pivotal part in powering datadriven decision making supporting product optimisation and enabling effective delivery across crossfunctional teams. You will analyse multisource data support experimentation enhance product documentation and collaborate closely with Product Design and technical teams to help bring highquality customer-facing features to life.

Key Accountabilities Role-Specific Responsibilities

In this role youll drive dataled insights support experimentation and enable smooth delivery across product initiatives. Youll work closely with Product Design and technical teams to analyse performance shape requirements remove delivery blockers and ensure enhancements move efficiently from discovery through to production. Youll also play a key part in tracking initiatives supporting QA managing tickets and ensuring product improvements align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

Analysing data monitoring KPIs and generating insights to support optimisation and decisionmaking

Supporting A/B testing documenting requirements and preparing proposals for product and design teams

Collaborating across teams to remove blockers manage tickets track timelines and support delivery ceremonies

Assisting with testing partner onboarding maintenance workflows and ensuring initiatives align with product objectives
