Job Summary
Brief Overview of Position:
Strategic Operational Solutions Inc. (STOPSO) seeks a Telecommunications Engineering Specialist for system implementation Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and troubleshooting of telecommunications infrastructure including Service Desk Support A/V VTC voice data and mobile device systems supporting Military Customer service continuity and upgrades.
Required Qualifications Education Experience and Certifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience supporting telecom infrastructure (voice data video)
- Security Clearance Requirement
- Active Secret security clearance or higher
- Security and Microsoft Office Specialist certifications required
Preferred Experience Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with DoW or Army telecommunications systems
- ITIL Foundations certification
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Electronics or related field
- Familiarity with Army conference and remote/alternate-site support environments
