Job Summary

As well aspersonal and business bank accounts we offer joint accounts accounts for 16-17 year olds a free kids account and credit cards in the UK with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save invest andcombine their pensions with us.

With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!

Were looking for three Tech Recruiters to join our Hiring team to help us source and hire talented diverse people into our tech recruitment team. These positions are fixed term contracts.

Youll play a key role by...

Working with Hiring Managers to structure and run great hiring processes

Our hiring managers will need your help to identify what skills theyre looking for and how best to assess these. Youll challenge their thinking and ask the right questions to figure this out. Youll work on hiring processes from beginning to end and convince candidates to join us.

Youll care deeply about diversity and inclusiveness and giving candidates an amazing experience

We want to go the extra mile to make sure that every applicant to every job feels valued respected and never wavers in their support for Monzo whatever the outcome of their application. Youll find the right candidates from a range of backgrounds and have ideas about how to make sure they feel welcome at Monzo. And once weve decided we want to hire someone youll move mountains in the background to make it an effortless pleasant process and keep that excitement burning.

Youll be passionate about making processes work better

We constantly refine our hiring processes to make them simpler and more effective. Youll use data to work out whats going well and where things could be better.

  • You have experience recruiting for fast-paced product-focused companies especially in tech
  • You care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity
  • You love sourcing and pride yourself on your resourcefulness
  • Youre empathetic adaptable and respectful of candidates needs and priorities
  • You can adapt your approach to work with a range of stakeholders with different needs
  • You can tell whether somebody has the skills were looking for without relying on previous job titles or qualifications

It would be great if:

  • Youve experience recruiting in-house at a startup or scale-up
  • Youve worked directly with senior stakeholders

  3. 2-3 interviews
