Job Summary
We are recruiting for an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our diverse and industry leading recruitment team. The role will drive and direct recruiting initiatives and strategies for our Real Estate division.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Supporting the management of best in class talent attraction and talent acquisition activities in our Real Estate division.
- Recruiting sector leading Project Managers and Major Programme Management specialists to help us deliver nationally renowned major projects and programmes.
- You will be working alongside a Recruitment & Resourcing Manager identifying mapping and approaching sector leading talent for our organisation and managing a quality end to end recruitment process being externally focused.
Qualifications :
- Experience o a 360 recruitment role
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Passion for identifying hard to find talent in talent short markets
- Previous experience in real estate construction or major programme recruitment would be preferred
