Inviting applications for the role of Manager Insurance Claims
In this role the person will be responsible for managing the overall operations setting performance targets and driving continuous improvement in the process.
Responsibilities
Lead daily claims operations and make sure the team delivers on time and to a high standard.
Manage team performance and support your team through coaching training and regular check ins.
Handle client interactions through calls training sessions emails and messaging platforms.
Drive operational improvements and support the growth of the business.
Oversee MIS tasks process checks and domain requirements to keep operations running smoothly.
Maintain audit ready process and data controls covering operations governance finance and access.
Identify risks in the process early and raise them with the right teams.
Help build and strengthen the team ensuring strong collaboration and consistent performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation in any stream
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Insurance/reinsurance proven experience
London market Claims experience especially in the Energy Power Construction Marine Aviation Property Casualty Crisis Management and Financial Professional Service.
Lean/Six Sigma awareness.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills and influencing ability.
Work experience:
Proven experience in PnC Insurance Operations and Claims backend operations
