Position Overview
We are looking for an strong leader who isnt afraid to hold people accountable and lead the department forward. We are rapidly growing and have plenty of work. But there is potential for SO MUCH MORE! We are looking for someone who is never satisfied with the status quo and is always looking to get to the next level!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the service department including technicians advisors and support staff
Drive service revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
Monitor and manage departmental KPIs productivity efficiency and profitability
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
Recruit train mentor and develop service team members
Maintain strong relationships with customers and proactively resolve concerns
Oversee warranty administration and ensure accurate documentation
Maintain a safe organized and high-performing work environment
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Service Experience required (Previous managerial experience not required)
Strong knowledge of dealership service operations warranty processes and fixed operations performance metrics
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to analyze financial reports and drive department profitability
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
