Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated strategic-thinking growth-focused and self-directed Chief of Staff (Research Growth & Operations) to serve as a cross-functional execution leader driving revenue growth operational efficiency and strategic initiatives across sales marketing business development and operations.
This role operates as an extension of the CEO ensuring alignment across departments accelerating key initiatives and strengthening accountability and execution discipline across the organization.
This is a high-impact execution-focused role designed to increase organizational velocity and improve measurable business outcomes.
Work Structure
Full-time W2
3 days in-office 2 days virtual
Participates in weekly L10 leadership meetings
Reports directly to the CEO
Core Mandate
Drive cross-functional execution eliminate bottlenecks support revenue growth and ensure operational initiatives move from strategy to implementation with measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Revenue Growth
Transition full ownership of the B2B account management from the current team member
Manage and grow GNC performance (SKU velocity OOS reduction expansion opportunities)
Lead new B2B outreach and channel expansion initiatives
Research and pursue large retail opportunities (e.g. Vitamin Shoppe HEB)
Support new SKU launches (e.g. Moringa size expansion) - CRM Sales Systems & Automation
Oversee Pipedrive optimization and pipeline clarity
Manage Outfunnel integration and marketing-sales alignment
Implement and monitor customer reactivation campaigns
Support AI phone and automation initiatives (3CX and related tools) - Operations & Warehouse Transition Support
Support warehouse setup and fulfillment transition
Work closely with Operations Finance and Manufacturing leads
Ensure documentation and SOP alignment
Monitor execution of warehouse and fulfillment milestones - Strategic Research & Special Projects
Conduct market competitor and pricing research
Support data-driven decision-making across departments
Execute CEO-priority cross-functional projects
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements - Cross-Functional Leadership & Accountability
Drive alignment across sales marketing and operations
Track Rocks and KPIs across assigned initiatives
Prepare executive summaries and dashboards
Escalate risks early and propose solutions

cGMP documentation process initiated and compliance checklist defined
B2B sales performance at or above 90% of target velocity
Clear B2B outreach pipeline established with measurable opportunities
CRM system fully cleaned optimized and actively used
Customer reactivation workflows implemented
Cross-functional initiatives moved forward with defined milestones
